Shredded Beef Sandwiches

  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 pounds trimmed chuck roast, cut into large pieces
  • 1 can (15.5 oz each) Manwich® Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 8 wheat hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Spray inside of 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine beef and Sloppy Joe sauce in slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 hours or until meat is tender.
  2. Shred beef with 2 forks, if necessary. Reduce heat to WARM to serve. Serve in buns.
Makes 8 sandwiches, so there should be plenty for leftovers!

  1. I added an extra can of water, because I cooked it on low all day and didn't want it to dry out. It turned out good, at least hubby and I thought so. The boys weren't too impressed.
